Refund policy
Products returned within 30 days of original delivery in unworn and same condition as they were received in, are eligible for 100% refund or store credit.
To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs if necessary. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For return shipping we recommend using USPS priority, which includes tracking.
Returns due to production defect:
If a production defect appears within 30 days of product delivery, customer is eligible for 100% refund or store credit.
If a production defect appears after 1-3 months of product delivery, customer is eligible for 75% refund or store credit.
If a production defect appears after 3 months of product delivery, customer is eligible for 25% refund or store credit.
MarineLauren will cover the cost of return shipping after determining the issue as factory based.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
